After returning home from a successful international business career at Kodak, Kim reunited with friends who were settling down and purchasing their first homes.

Over and over, she heard the same story of frustration, anxiety and distrust concerning their real estate agents. Dan is a real estate agent and a Bay Area native that has lived on the Central Coast for decades. He is known for his technical savvy and perfectionism.  He has worked at Kimberly’s for over 5 years offering operational and consultative support. Dan is key to keeping clients happy and the company running smoothly.

Characteristically easygoing, Dan is a joy to work with. In his free time, he enjoys traveling (ask him about his recent RV adventure), sports and taking care of his two beloved dogs.

Candice is a San Luis Obispo native and proud Cal Poly graduate. With an extensive career in PR and marketing, Candice brings a plethora of experience to the team. She also holds a real estate license and has been working hard on keeping Kimberly's Global brand relevant in an ever-changing environment. A naturally charismatic individual, Candice also assists clients with their listings, rentals and home purchases. 

Admin extraordinaire, Laurie is vital to the backend operation of the company. Originally from Rochester, NY she studied at the Rochester Business Institute at the Opportunity Center for Cosmetology. When Kimberly asked her to join the team 5+ years ago she couldn't refuse. To date, Laurie is known for her organizational skills and straightforward personality.  She enjoys her job, in particualr speaking to tenants and vendors, coordinating schedules and ensuring client and partner satisfaction.

Kind, caring and inquisitive, Tyler is the youngest team member with a bright future ahead of him. Born and raised in San Luis Obispo, but currently studying synthetic biology in Texas, he assists the team with administrative tasks in his free time. Outside of work he spends copious amounts of time with his dog Walt exploring the world.

Ian, a Rochester native, is a third-year Graphic Design major at RIT with a keen eye for visuals and a passion for creative work. Balancing his studies with remote design projects, he brings a strong sense of detail and craftsmanship to everything he does. Beyond design, he’s an avid photographer and skier, always looking for new ways to capture and experience the world. Excited to be part of this team, Ian is eager to contribute his skills and grow alongside other talented creatives.

Born in California's Central Valley, Matt has resided on the central coast for half of his life, signifying a shift in his career focus. While Matt has been gathering families and friends around the dining table for years, he now aims to foster connections between individuals and their homes. In his leisure time, Matt cherishes moments with his family – his wife and two daughters – imparting values such as compassion, communication, and collaboration. He finds pleasure in playing golf, exploring new destinations, and hosting gatherings for his loved ones.

Chrissy has intermittently worked for Kimberly's for more than 15 years and has been in real estate for over 19 years. Having resided on the Central Coast for more than 12 years, she relocated to Oklahoma over 2.5 years ago due to her husband's job transfer. Currently, she supports the team with familiar projects, albeit remotely. In her free time, she delights in watching movies, exploring European history, and relaxing on the patio with good music and a delicious BBQ steak.
